Comedy superstar Monique returns to her roots at the Hippodrome Theatre, Boston, MD on January 10th for one night only! The sassy, fiery comedian is best known for her starring role on TV comedy The Parkers as well as her no holds barred, bare all routines that leave audiences rolling in the aisles. She's not afraid to voice her opinions using rather colorful language, often combining the two with hilarious results.
Overcoming a difficult childhood, it is said that Monique got into Stand-Up comedy on a dare, cutting her teeth in small clubs in Baltimore. Soon after she appeared on TV in shows like Moesha and The Bernie Mac Show, going on to win an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the film Precious.
