If you are right winger, why would you go to this concert? You know he is a left-wing activist. As
a fan, I wanted more but he probably got tired of a few people in the first couple of rows. The
Fillmore was great for a venue. Seats a little small but an intimate setting. Not many restaurants
open afterwards.

PERFECT
Morissey is a great singer! What a great band!
He doesnt seem to miss Johnnie Marr! I agree
with and respect his political activism but
wish he didnt have to step on 1 of my very
fave Smiths songs, Shoplifters of the World in
the process!!! Everyday is like Sunday was the
climax!!

GREAT TALENT, BUT SHOULD BE IN “TUNE” WITH...
A politically, diverse audience who all love Morrissey
(for his music), not American political “iopinion”
Larry King’s recent interview, with Morrissey,
documented he was “depressed” and NOT treated.
No judgement here, and applaud his strength for
helping others know that it’s beyond us. Depression,
sexual abuse, confusion and finding our way through
life is always an ongoing struggle.
I love Morrissey for his exceptional talent...(his voice
and poetics.) Any celebrity, entertainer or movie star
should refrain from speaking on a sensitive subject;
unless of course, they are not concerned of losing
fans. Sad to report This was the last of many
Morrissey concerts I will atrend. I’m also aware that
he’s fine with diminishing and weeding out certain
followers. Wishing all the best on his future
endeavors! Voice is AMAZING
Fillmore staff was fabulous and loved being
downtown!

ENERGY!
The Ravinia show last night was a fantastic combination of decades of Morrissey’s finest moments(and some that we weren’t mature enough to understand at the time). He’s a character and engaged with his audience authentically. The concert was a highlight for me.

EXCELLENT
Fantastic band. Morrissey's voice is incredible. Interpol was excellent as well.

MORRISEEY NEVER DSAPPOINTS!KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT!
As a Morrissey fan for over 35 years and having gone to many concerts here in Europe, you should know something before going to a Morrissey concert. He plays music for his real fans. He does not play all his big hits and plays one or two Smiths songs. If you expect to hear all of his big successes and know few of his other songs, you may be disappointed. Also, Morrissey has a political stand and belief and shows this always in his concerts through the different photos or videos in the background. He states his political stand on topics and all Morrissey fans know this (and tolerate it as well). Don't be disappointed. Know what to expect. His concerts are far from disappointing and I envy you all for having the opportunity to see him! Let's hope the European tour starts soon after as well!!.

JULY 2, 2022 WAS AWESOME!!!!
What an incredible performer! It’s rare to see a band with such raw guitar power together with an incredible singer/songwriter. True, Morrissey is a bit pompous (who really wants his sweaty t-shirt after all?) nevertheless, the guy knows how to put on a show. I’m glad I went and given the incredible lyrics he writes, a bit more humility would be nice.

INCREDIBLE VOICE!
Great performance! Loved every minute of it. Glad he recovered from Dungai fever and was able to put on an incredible show.

BETTER THAN PREVIOUS YEARS!
Big fan! Awesome concert to include a Waylon Jennings cover. Carmen the new guitarist was an excellent addition! Love the humor and the truth. He knows his audience well and even broke up a fight on the front row when security wanted to beat a guy down for jumping in the stage.
Thx for coming to Atlanta!

SOUNDED GREAT, BUT...
Morrissey sounded great, his band sounded great, and he was motivated, but the song-selection was subpar, especially in the middle of the show. Too many covers and slower momentum-killing songs in a row.

SHORT CONCERT NOT ENOUGH HITS
I love Morrissey and his vocals are as great as ever. He did a number of covers in the middle of the show and a few others that dampened the momentum. Yes he did a great job on them but fans wanted more of his hits. He also spent a lot of time autographing a number of items from one audience member only, which I can’t understand, one item is a fan, far more is someone wanting to profit from him. Having recently seen Sir Paul and Elton, both of whom played for three hours, Morrissey’s around one and a half hours was miserly. He is an immense talent but I thought he mailed this one in. Second time seeing him and it will be my last. If I’m going to spend my money, I want value and for me, he didn’t deliver.

PRETTY AVERAGE
Despite a great body of work, Morrissey played mostly obscure songs and covers. It was unfortunate that after 22 years, he failed to play most of the songs we all grew up with and grew up with, checking out a little after an hour.

DIDN'T SING ENOUGH HITS
He sounded amazing but if you were hoping for some hits (not only his own but also from The Smiths) then you will be disappointed like I was. If you're going to play a residency in Vegas and a shorter set, no problem... but play the songs your fans want to hear.

ICONIC STAR SHINES BUT ONLY BRIEFLY
After waiting forever to check off this concert from my bucket list I was disappointed in the experience. Morrissey was clearly inebriated or ? The end of his performance was puzzling as a song began but was abruptly ended before the opening notes were completed. His constant stumbling on stage gave away his condition and his comments to the crowd were bizarre and confusing. His voice sounds great. .loved the background set and his band but wouldn't recommend the experience overall. I'm sure a sober set would have been fun but he clearly didn't want to be there.
Will from Las Vegas, Nevada
SOUNDED GREAT BUT WAS HOPING FOR SMITHS SONGS
His voice was excellent and band was excellent but he didn’t play one smiths song and I do love a few of his own but I know I wasn’t the only one there hoping to hear a classic smiths tune or two.

LAS VEGAS AUG. 28 SHOW
Not enough hit songs.
Set list was too short.

UNFULFILLED AT BEST
As a fan of Morrissey and the Smiths, the word I’m left with post show is UNFULLFILLED. It’s sad that for the cost of the tickets, tolls & parking to feel that a rerun of CSI would've been more entertaining. But, like he said, our friends were right to say not to go. I wish I had listened. Instead we heard random and aimless songs while the likes of Suedehead, Hairdresser on Fire, Bigmouth & Sheila…who didn’t take a bow, went unplayed. How Soon Is Now never was. Mr. Morrissey, as you droned on about an Idiot Society, you were a leading citizen by not playing songs that fans wanted to hear. The best part of the show became watching old people jump on the stage and get pushed back- at least that looked entertaining. I feel bad for the four good musicians who carried the show; they did well to look into it. WOT.

UNDERWHELMED
Morrisey for me is total nostalgia, he takes me back to my high school days, partying with my friends, just a moment in time that still evokes beautiful memories. But, opening night at Caesar’s palace was not the show I was expecting. Not only did Morrisey come on stage about half hour late, he seemed totally bothered to be there. He sang a cover and a couple of other well known tunes, but none of his most iconic songs. He clearly could not read his audience who just wanted to hear the classics. Many fans just simply sat down or openly complained about feeling cheated. I want to forget that night ever happened. I will never waste my time and money for one of his shows again.

VERY AVERAGE SHOW
Not one really hit song all night! Sums up this underwhelming night!
